Hopefully this list will answer any questions you have, if not please click here to get in touch and we will do our best to answer.

Can I check out late?
You can add a late checkout to your booking or ask a staff member on site (subject to availability). Late checkout for a standard pitch is £10 per stay and £15 for an oversized pitch and allows you to stay on site until 4.30pm.

Can I arrive early/late?
Check in for Camping and Glamping is 2pm. If an earlier check in is required please contact us before arrival via email.

We do ask that you have checked in by 19:30pm however if you are going to be late please just let us know.  We may not be available to meet and greet you outside of the check in time and may need to advise you on what to do when you arrive by phone.

How many tents can you fit on a standard pitch?
It depends on the size of your tent! A standard pitch is 10m (78.5m2) in diameter typically two standard sized 2 man tents can fit on one of our standard pitches.

How many tents can you fit on an oversized pitch?
An oversized pitch is 15 metres (177m2) in diameter which typically can fit a large family tent with porch comfortably, or 2-3 smaller tents, all depending on size.

What Size pitch should I book?
That is all dependent on the number of tents you are bringing and their size. Please check the dimensions of your tents and compare them to the pitch sizes ( standard pitch 10m in diameter, over sized pitch 15m in diameter). Please ensure your tent(s) fit comfortably onto the pitch, this includes your guy ropes not encroaching outside of the mown area or onto other nearly pitches.  If in doubt, please book additional pitches.  Where tents (including guy ropes) do encroach, you may be asked to move or incur additional charges.
