Green shows availability. To book first select your arrival date, then select your departure date, then add the number of adults and children. You will then be taken to a selection of available accommodation types.


Low Season – 31st March to 30 April & 31 August to 1 November. During low season 1 night rates are available on all camping  units including weekends.

Glamping – Due to measures put in place for coronavirus we are letting all glamping units stand for 72 hours before re-hiring.

All bookings are for a two night stay from Friday, Saturday or a three night stay from Friday.

If you wish to stay for one night only in low season please contact us by email and we will try and accommodate this.

High Season – 1 May to to 31 August. During high season there is a minimum of a 2 night stay at weekends on all units

Bank Holidays – All Bank Holidays are a minimum of a 3 night stay on all units.



The number of tents is only limited to the size of the pitch. You do not need to pay extra for more than one tent. Standard pitches are about 10m in diameter typically suitable for up to 2 small 2-4 berth tents less than 4.5m in length.  Please make sure your tents fit comfortably on the pitch, remember there is a sunken firepit also on the pitch. Maximum 8 people.

Oversized pitches are about 14m in diameter typically suitable for 1 family sized tent over 4.5 metres in size. Larger multiple bed-roomed tents may require more than one pitch. If you are unsure please email in the first instance, your booking details and tent information (size in metres).  Please make sure your tents fit comfortably on the pitch, remember there is a sunken firepit also on the pitch. Maximum 12 people.


Our orchard is an even quieter section on our upper meadow. There are only 3 pitches in our fenced off orchard. With your own drinking water stand pipe only yards away. This area is suitable for adults only (no groups) who would like to add that little bit of privacy to their camping getaway. Orchard pitches suitable for small tents only. Maximum 5 people.


Our shepherds hut is a little hideaway in our wildflower meadow, able to sleep 2 people on a full sized double bed. Our shepherds hut comes complete with bedding and soft furnishings, solar lighting and also includes its very own wood burning stove to add to the comfort. In addition to the wood burner you also have a fire pit and a gas stove (outside). The shepherds hut also has all the pots, pans and utensils needed for cooking as well as table and chairs.  We will even provide everything needed to get your fire going include some wood so you can relax by the fire and watch the sunset.


Our Yurt is situated on raised decking near our main facilities, it has everything you need for a comfortable camping experience including bedding, towels and all cooking equipment and utensils. Simply turn up and relax. The Yurt is currently set up for 2 adults and 2 children, with a Kingsized bed and 2 single foam matresses for children  Please email if you have any queries.  There is now a mini fridge and electric socket in the Yurt.


Takoda – A smaller tipi sleeping a maximum of 4, ideally 2 + 2 for added comfort.

                            Amitola –  Our largest Tipi sleeping a maximum of 6 ( 2 double futons, 2 single memory foam mattresses)

Bookings can usually be moved to an alternative date in low season subject to availability. Please email us with your details and request for an alternative date.
  • Check in is between 14:00 and 19:30,  if you would like to arrive outside of these hours please let us know.  We take our lunch between 13:00 and 14:00 so we may not be available to meet you then.  Check out is 11:30 unless by prior agreement.
  • All group bookings must be agreed upon before booking. Just send an email through to twiteystipis@hotmail.co.uk to discuss.
  • Please make sure you add all extras required to your booking form ( I.e Gazebo, extra car parking space – limited availability).

  • Vehicles -To enhance the experience of camping in the meadows, vehicles are left in the  car-park.  Barrows are provided to help move tents and kit to your pitch. Campervans, motor bikes and trailers are also to be left in the car park.
  • We are trying to create a settled friendly and peaceful camping experience for all so We would like to take this opportunity to pass along some guidelines for our site to help everyone have an enjoyable stay with us.We know it’s tempting but PLEASE don’t run through the long grass this tramples it down removing the privacy and seclusion we are trying to create. We also have nesting birds and other wildlife living in our meadows.
  • Please leave the pitches as you found them & do not alter/ dismantle the fire pits, Please clean out the fire pits at the end of your stay.
  • To fully enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside amplified music, tv, radio or any device playing music through a speaker is strictly forbidden.
  • Quiet time 9pm – 7am please
  •  Be especially careful of (free-range) children and adults when driving on site (speed limit 5mph)
  •  Day visitors have been suspended until further notice.
  •  Please don’t burn old scraps of wood including pallets, painted or treated timber. We sell everything you need for campfires in our shop.
  •  Please raise BBQ’s off the ground, so as not to burn the grass.
